Questions about these Terms should be directed to the contact information available on our website or through the Service's contact features.

Resolving Disputes

Disputes related to your use of the Service will be resolved through arbitration, which replaces the right to go to court, except for small claims court cases or intellectual property rights enforcement actions.

Contact our support team for dispute resolution before considering arbitration. Unresolved disputes after 60 days may proceed to arbitration.

A mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization will conduct the arbitration under consumer dispute rules. If no agreement is reached on the organization, arbitration will not proceed.

The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in court. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

You can opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of agreeing to these terms by notifying Estimator directly.

We may amend this arbitration agreement, and you can reject changes by notifying us within 30 days. The arbitration process is confidential.
